A Sunday evening concert

My good friend, Nancy, recently moved back to Berkeley from L.A. Which means great things for me - mainly more time with a near and dear friend. And it meant we got to spend a lovely evening at The Greek Theatre in Berkeley, watching Florence and the Machine perform songs from her album, Lungs.



The show was theatrical and gorgeously staged. Her ensemble was a brilliant chartreuse green and had flowing cape-like wings or sleeves, I like to think of them as wings, that fluttered about in the breeze.

It was a beautiful, moonlit evening. Not too cold and with just the faintest touch of fog. Absolutely lovely.

From this weekend. Two days spent hanging out with my boyfriend, drinking delicious beer, walking to local bookstores, and seeing the movie The Runaways. What I wore. . . as posted to Wardrobe Remix.
